• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and experienced agents, fostering a supportive and learning-focused environment.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating your commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and build trust with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring smooth and successful real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment.
