- Thorough understanding of architectural millwork manufacturing.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and shop drawings.
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and employee development.
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Architectural millwork installation experience.
- Knowledge of AWI Quality Standards.
- Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.
- Experience with production scheduling software.
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
- 7+ years of architectural millwork manufacturing experience.
- 3+ years in a lead, foreman, or supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of custom millwork fabrication.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating production workflow.
- Associate degree in Carpentry, Cabinetmaking Technology, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience will be strongly considered.
