The ideal candidate combines healthcare provider sector credibility with enterprise technology depth, understanding how health systems are organized, how they buy, and where the most pressing operational and strategic priorities lie across acute care, ambulatory, and post‑acute care. This individual bridges clinical and platform expertise, translating health system realities into platform workflows, use‑case design, and solution architecture for ServiceNow’s products. Responsibilities Lead executive presence and EBC engagements: represent ServiceNow’s vision and strategy directly to provider executives, own the narrative, content quality, and follow‑up after meetings. Drive customer‑focused pipeline development: bring solution‑level expertise into conversations, connecting platform capabilities to health system priorities such as margin, workforce, throughput, and digital infrastructure, and measure impact via in‑quarter NNACV. Partner with account teams to progress pipeline: infuse industry expertise into account strategy, shorten deal lifecycles, and re‑engage after technical win. Apply clinical knowledge to the platform: work with solution consultants, product teams, and partners to articulate how the platform solves operational challenges at the workflow level. Align solution ideation and product strategy: provide direct market signals and buyer feedback to product conversations, guiding roadmap prioritization, use‑case validation, and partner co‑development. Develop partner GTM motions: own provider‑specific partner relationships with strategic SIs, advisory firms, and technology partners, focusing on co‑build and co‑sell initiatives. Create industry plays and scalable GTM motions: synthesize industry themes, win/loss patterns, and product portfolio insights to deliver field‑ready content such as plays, positioning, use‑case narratives, and competitive tools. Analyze, drive, and report on business performance: assess global and regional data to shape priorities, drive high‑yield actions, and realize in‑quarter NNACV targets. Qualifications 10+ years at the intersection of healthcare provider operations and enterprise technology, with a track record of translating sector knowledge into commercial outcomes. Demonstrated ability to apply clinical and operational knowledge directly to enterprise platform capabilities, framing business strategy and clinical logic for platform demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept work. Strong familiarity with the healthcare technology ecosystem, including clinical systems (EHR/EMR, clinical decision support), financial systems (ERP, revenue cycle, claims processing), and operational systems (workforce management, supply chain, credentialing). Deep understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks affecting healthcare providers, such as HIPAA/HITECH, CMS, FDA, HITRUST, and emerging AI governance guidance. Established industry presence within the Healthcare Provider sector, including active participation in events, associations, and thought leadership forums. 5+ years of enterprise platform software experience in GTM, solution advisory, or business development focused on healthcare providers; experience structuring co‑sell motions with SIs or technology partners is highly preferred. Experience influencing product roadmap or solution strategy in collaboration with product teams or technology partners. Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
