Creator Programming Coordinator (CONTRACT)

Coordinate MLB The Show’s Influencer, Content Creator, Esports, & UGC Creator relationships and initiatives Overview San Diego Studio, maker of MLB The Show, is looking to add a Creator Programming Coordinator to our All‑Star line‑up. We are looking for a Candidate who will play a key role in Content Creator, Esports, Influencer, and UGC Content programs. This role focuses on community satisfaction, creativity, and organization. Responsibilities Advocate and maintain the vision for all Creator programming, ensuring development priorities are informed by creator input. Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, maintaining a visible external presence across communication channels. Develop guidelines and expectations for program collaborations in coordination with the Partnership Marketing team. Project manage Creator initiatives, programs, and events, including expanding new communities. Lead proposals, define goals, and set standards for Creators/Esports Ambassadors, supporting their onboarding and sustaining relationships. Collaborate with studio and content creators to facilitate content production. Oversee data and analytics for Creator Programming activations, providing statistics and reporting. Build rapport and communicate with creators, fostering trust through transparency. Manage calendars, priorities, and cross‑functional scheduling for Creator Programs. Coordinate with Sony teams to vet, collaborate, and plan creators within Social & Marketing strategies. Discover and develop diverse Influencer talent aligned with our player base. Create and maintain assets, media kits, and messaging for Creators. Advocate for and support the evolution of the Esports program. Manage cross‑team relationships, meetings, task lists, deliverables, and documentation for Creator initiatives. Stay updated on trends and test new tactics to improve practices. Requirements Two or more years of experience managing different types of creators or third‑party partnerships. Passion for video games and gaming communities. Understanding of baseball fans and ability to communicate with them. Interest and experience in Esports programming. Excellent interpersonal skills, including friendliness, diplomacy, and teamwork. Deep understanding of creators’ day‑to‑day needs, emotions, and motivations. Ability to solve routine problems effectively and respond with urgency when needed. Organized and self‑motivated. Familiarity with corporate operations, approvals, and brand safety. Proficiency in defining and executing event and promotion strategies related to Creators. Experience allocating resources to ensure completion of plans. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. Benefits This role is eligible for benefit offerings, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Estimated hourly pay range: $20.68 – $37.23 USD.
