What You'll Learn

During the Academy, you'll combine classroom instruction, hands-on labs, and real-world field experience alongside experienced HVAC professionals.

You'll develop skills in:

• HVAC systems and fundamentals
• Airflow and refrigeration basics
• Preventive maintenance procedures
• Electrical and mechanical fundamentals
• Safe tool operation
• Customer communication
• Professionalism inside customers' homes
• Safety standards
• Ted's service process

You'll spend time both in the classroom and riding alongside experienced technicians to immediately apply what you learn in the field.

Who We're Looking For

No HVAC experience?

We're looking for people with the right attitude—not necessarily the right résumé.
