Responsibilities Get Licensed – must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (we provide guidance and support). Meet with Clients – perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options. Present Tailored Solutions – deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing benefits and features of our life insurance products. Close Sales & Earn Big – guide clients through the application process and celebrate each win. Build Long-Term Relationships – cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service; conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention. Stay Informed – stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions; use this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information. Qualifications Strong communication and persuasive sales skills. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. No experience required – we’ll help you get licensed if you’re not already! Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (for in‑person meetings).
