Assist Branch Technical Manager in administration and recruiting; Promote Service Techs productivity and job-related personal growth.Essential Job DutiesRoutinely demonstrates and creates a helpful and positive work cultureEncourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers and outside customers and vendorsConducts self at all times as the public image of the company in accordance with the companies Code of ConductMeet or exceed team productivity goals on a number of measurements including gross calls per day, incomplete calls, call back rate, efficiency rating, EU rating, daily time detail, and average call durationMeet or exceed all inventory integrity goals including line item accuracy and dollar value varianceMaintain technical knowledge on all productsMake recommendations to Field Service Manager for any identified service training needsAssist Sales department with sales demos as requestedHandle service calls in the event that the open call load is highOther duties assigned as neededInterviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;Qualifications1-3+ years experience in the copier/printer repair industryExcellent communication skills, verbal and written; strong customer service skillsStrong relationship management skills with customers, vendors and employees within the company requiredExceptional mechanical aptitude and demonstrated skills required; and proven troubleshooting skills handling digital office equipmentEffective organizational skills with the ability to use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing prioritiesDemonstrates initiative with the ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisionsMust have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team memberComputer literacy and experience working with MS products: Outlook, Excel and WordAbility to work evenings and weekend hours during peak periodsExperienceAssociate's degree or equivalent work experience3+ years related experience required, industry experience preferredPacific Office Automation BenefitsExpected annual income: $60k-$75kAdvancement and growth into leadership rolesTeam-player environmentMedical/Dental/Vision/Life insurance plansMatched 401kPTO, Vacation, Sick LeaveFSA ProgramOur Commitment to Diversity and InclusionPacific Office Automation is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer.
