Pike Corporation is seeking eligible participants for our DoD SkillBridge and Army Career Skills Program (CSP) Lineworker Training Program.
This hands-on training opportunity provides experience working alongside utility construction crews while developing the skills necessary for a long-term career in the electric utility industry.
What You'll Learn
- Utility construction and maintenance practices
- Overhead and underground distribution systems
- Transmission and substation construction support
- Industry safety procedures and standards
- Storm restoration and emergency response operations
- Team-based field operations
Ideal Backgrounds
Experience in any of the following areas is helpful but not required:
- Construction
- Engineering
- Maintenance
- Utilities
- Heavy equipment operation
- Commercial driving
- Mechanical or electrical systems
- Field operations
Military occupational specialties, technical training, certifications, and civilian experience may all provide transferable skills.

Physical Requirements
