What You'll Do

Provide holistic, patient-centered care to a diverse range of clients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).

Assess patients' conditions post-surgery and develop individualized care plans.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal recovery and safety.

Monitor vital signs and manage patient comfort and pain levels.

Delegate and supervise activities to appropriate care providers.

Document patient progress accurately and efficiently.

Promote a safe environment that adheres to standards of nursing practice and hospital policies.

What You Need

Minnesota RN license (active and unencumbered)

Experience in PACU, perioperative, or critical care setting preferred

Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
