Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ mental health status and treatment goals, ensuring a thorough understanding of their presenting issues. \n
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and narrative therapy. \n
- Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, facilitating a collaborative therapeutic process. \n
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support, adapting strategies as needed to support effective recovery and growth. \n

You will primarily work with clients in a detox center who are struggling with substance use disorders. This population may present additional challenges such as co-occurring mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and it is essential to approach each individual with cultural sensitivity and an understanding of their unique circumstances. Your role will be pivotal in building resilient pathways for recovery, personal growth, and emotional stability.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- At least two years of experience working in a clinical or therapeutic setting, particularly within detoxification or addiction treatment environments. \n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus, enhancing the overall compensation package. Our benefits include:
