Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Clean all outdoor patio areas and furniture. Ensure the cleaning checklist for the area is complete and inspect work to meet standards of cleanliness. Restock storage closets. Respond to Guest requests for additional supplies or information promptly. Clean, stock, and maintain pool areas, public area bathrooms, hallways, public common areas, arcades, and elevators. Empty and clean all waste and recycling receptacles and transport waste to dumpsters or appropriate recycling containers. Move furniture, dust furniture, and wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills as needed Comply with our recycling program Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety issues immediately to the supervisor Qualifications Must possess a valid driver's license (Vacation Homes and Nights Only) Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to perform all aspects of custodial duties, including bending, stooping, and lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
