Program Manager

Agile Decision Sciences (ADS), a wholly owned subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Program Manager to support a Department of War (DoW) Health contract with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War (DASW) Health Affairs (HA). Work location: Onsite -- Fairfax, VAResponsibilities:Serve as overall Program Manager for successfully executing the contract, including all customer-facing, company facing, and staff (employees and subcontractors) management activitiesPerform Project Related Management duties including:Monitoring staff assigned tasks, ensuring performance, and assisting with priority settingMaintaining close relationship with the Contract Officer Representative (COR)Establishing on-site communication cadence with government functional area leadersPreparing all major reporting deliverables, such as Monthly Progress Report (MPR), and Program Management, Quality Assurance and Contingency PlansPreparing all trackers (e.g., staff positions, equipment, security, annual required training)Assisting customer leadership with strategy sessions and staff allocation planningManaging travel approvals and monitoring spend down on all travel expendituresInterpreting contract Performance Work Statement (PWS) for compliance, intent, and scope of work topicsPerform Contract Related Management duties including:On/Off Boarding staff (e.g., company credentials, government network, ID cards)Reviewing and approving staff timesheets on a weekly basisConducting staff Performance Reviews annually and assist with Goal Setting throughout yearTracking compliance with ASRC required annual trainingReviewing and approving company invoices to government customerManaging contract budget and presenting quarterly financial reports to leadershipCoordinating with Contracts Department on all contract language requirements, modifications, and option year renewal processesConducting internal program status reporting to company leadership via weekly and quarterly presentationsPerforming staff recruiting, including crafting job descriptions, posting openings on Careers site, interviewing candidates and selecting for hireManaging all subcontractor functions, such as contract issuance/compliance and operational relationshipRequirementsMinimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 8 years’ experience performing as a Program/Project Manager, in a DoW environmentPreferred experience working within DASW/HA or DHA environmentPreferred Project Management Professional (PMP) CertificationMust be a US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a Secret level clearanceAbility to successfully pass a Defense Health Agency (DHA) background investigationJobFamilyProject & Program ManagementJobFunctionProgram ManagementPayTypeSalaryHiringMinRate127000HiringMaxRate180000
