Director Of Nursing (Don)We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations for a skilled nursing community near the Caseyville IL area. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical team performance.Position SummaryThe Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating all nursing services in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and standards of care.
