Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessment results, intervention plans, progress notes, and reports. Prepare written reports summarizing assessment findings, intervention strategies, progress, and outcomes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, families, and other professionals, regarding assessment results, treatment plans, and recommendations.
