About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Product Training to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the creation, execution, and ongoing development of training strategies that ensure the success of the company's data-driven products and solutions. This role is pivotal in equipping end users, including choreographers, agency teams, and clients, with the necessary skills to maximize the potential of the products, ultimately leading to increased engagement and success. The VP will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive training strategy, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment, and establishing standardized frameworks for training delivery. They will also be involved in the creation of engaging training materials and programs, catering to different learning styles, and utilizing various delivery methods. Applicants for the VP, Product Training role at the company should be senior training leaders with a proven track record in creating and delivering successful training strategies, particularly in the media industry.
