Manufacturing Technician - Greenwood

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Technician to work with ES Foundry in Greenwood. This role is part of a high-performing team responsible for keeping production flowing, delivering targeted performance goals, and maintaining the high level of quality that customers expect. You will operate, monitor, and maintain equipment, while recommending improvements to ensure optimal performance.

Shifts

• Night Shift: 6:45pm - 7:00am
• 2 on, 2 off, 3 on (2-2-3 shift system)

Pay Rates

• 20.75 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Manufacturing Technician

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing operation or production environment
• Must be able to stand and walk up to 90% of the shift
• Must be able to lift and position objects weighing up to 50 lbs., up to 10% of the work time
• Cannot have previously worked at ES Foundry
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred due to frequent communication with Spanish-speaking employees

Skills and Qualifications for Manufacturing Technician

• Able to read, speak, and understand English
• Must be able to operate and maintain automated equipment, computer systems, and product distribution systems
• Ability to motivate and enable self and others to achieve goals
• Strictly adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety standards and regulations without posing a threat to the safety of others

Role Responsibilities for Manufacturing Technician

• Perform effective shift exchanges with performance data and troubleshooting information
• Maintain Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure production data is recorded and accurate
• Perform autonomous maintenance, changeovers, tool set-ups, and machine adjustments
• Collaborate with engineers during evaluations, problem solving, and process improvements
• Improve and maintain a clean work environment by following 5S housekeeping standards

Location : Greenwood. This position is based on-site.
