As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious Italian dishes from scratch, ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met. Job Expectations: Utilize your expertise in broiling, sautéing, and pasta making to create authentic Italian dishes Contribute to menu planning and assist in maintaining food cost management Showcase your knife skills and plate presentation techniques Ensure portion control and practice scratch cooking methods Prepare seafood, pastries, sauces, soups, desserts, and special diet dishes Manage kitchen operations to uphold food quality standards Engage in batch cooking and a la carte preparation Company Information: La Fontana Coast offers fine Italian cuisine in a beautifully located setting a block from the beach in Sea Isle City, New Jersey.
