We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to join our client's team onsite in Bloomfield, CT.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide install, move, add, change (IMAC), break-fix, and end user support activities as requiredStage, build, and image systems with standard client imageComplete special projects as requestedProvide technical training to more junior employeesTroubleshoot End User hardware and software incidentsFollow Asset Management policy and proceduresComplete monthly Cycle CountsSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 3 to 5+ years of desk side support service experienceA+, MCP, MSCE or equivalent certification desiredGood knowledge of Mac device support is strongly preferredStrong working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applicationsStrong understanding of MS Windows operating systemsStrong communication skillsStrong analytic / troubleshooting skillsStrong customer support skillsWage Range: The rate for this position is between $24.00 - $32.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
