Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records with precision and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in accounting software and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Duties

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries using QuickBooks Online accounting software
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements in accordance with GAAP standards
• Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy of the financial data and identify discrepancies through account analysis and general ledger reconciliation
• Process journal entries, debits & credits, and perform monthly closing procedures with attention to detail
• Assist in budgeting activities and prepare financial reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain proper documentation for audits

Experience

• 4 years experience as a Bookkeeper with a strong background in accounting and finance functions
• 2 years experience using QuickBooks Online
• Demonstrated knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles, and financial concepts
• Experience handling payroll processing, bank reconciliations, account reconciliation, and account analysis
• Ability to prepare detailed financial reports and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and accounting systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
