The RBD‑ACM is a key role that focuses on understanding and addressing the needs of healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, patients/caregivers, and patient advocacy groups to improve outcomes, lower costs, and enhance the quality of care. Key Responsibilities Provide product information, influence business strategy, and represent all relevant products within the Therapeutic Area. Drive clinical demand within guidelines, ensure appropriate medication choices, and increase patient and caregiver demand for information. Gather insights, support the national strategy at a local level, and represent Genentech products ethically and professionally. Act as the primary point of contact and identify opportunities for implementing ecosystem and TA squad strategies. Mobilize ecosystem and organization experts to partner with customers and address their clinical, educational, and business goals. Proactively identify and develop solutions for complex accounts within and across ecosystems, including academic, delivery‑network focused, and TA specialty accounts. Deliver education to healthcare providers on product information, appropriate use, dosing and administration based on FDA‑approved guidelines. Collaborate with specialty pharmacies to reinforce the value proposition of the Therapeutic Area, conduct business reviews, and identify opportunities. Provide patients/caregivers and patient advocacy group members with resources and information to empower their discussions with healthcare providers and active participation in healthcare decisions. Field‑based role located in Philadelphia, NJ (north as Newark), & Delaware; candidate preference for residing in the territory. Qualifications Business, Scientific or Clinical degree; Bachelor’s degree minimum. 6+ years of experience in a sales role with HCPs, ideally representing multiple products across a complex healthcare system. Demonstrated expertise in coaching, training, and mentoring others to exceed targets and expectations. Strong ability to proactively seek and apply relevant information to solve complex problems, assimilate and effectively communicate clinical and product information, and address operational issues in healthcare product delivery including reimbursement and supply. Understanding of applicable laws, codes and company policies in the healthcare industry. Preferred: 4–6 years of account management skills or patient education industry experience; hemophilia experience highly preferred; experience with advocacy groups; patient‑facing commercial/clinical experience in the same therapeutic area. Additional Information Field‑based position; overnight travel may be required. Significant driving of a company‑provided or personal vehicle and prolonged periods of sitting; Genentech may check motor vehicle records. Salary range: $137,500.00–$255,300.00, based on primary location in New Jersey or Pennsylvania; discretionary annual bonus may be available.
