Responsibilities Centralized Business Manager position available in Phoenix, AZ Be a part of the journey of empowerment and engagement Handle account management and rent collections Process new lease/move-in processing Manage move-out inspections and deposit accounting Conduct month-end reporting responsibilities Resolve resident complaints and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks Complete required training guides and participate in continuous education/training opportunities Requirements Account Management and Rent Collections Utilize software to manage accounts, rent collections, and resident notices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Implement and track renewals once approved by Manager Generate monthly renewal spreadsheets from after Yieldstar approval File Meets Audit Compliance Screening, POI, ID Verify, ESAs, PetScreening Demographics Schedule pre-move-out inspections for the maintenance team Ensure maintenance completes timely move-out inspections and Statement of Home Condition Conduct monthly audits of move ins, move out, apps, NTV Report any escalated issues to the property manager Meet virtually with each property manager weekly Hard Skills Lease Processing Move-In Processing Move-Out Inspections Deposit Accounting Monthly Audits Renewal Tracking Data Management Issue Resolution Soft Skills Communication Problem-Solving Organizational Skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
