We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of our repossession facility and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and document condition of vehicles upon arrival
- Secure, organize, and track vehicles within the lot
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the lot area
- Assist with personal property release and logging
- Handle vehicle key organization and ensure secure storage
- Complete basic vehicle checks (tire pressure, battery status, etc.)
- Support agents and office staff as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Must pass a background check
Preferred:
- Previous experience in automotive, towing, or repossession industry
- Basic mechanical knowledge
