The Gig We’re looking for a Hiring Coordinator to keep our Hampton, NH office stocked with amazing caregivers-fast, friendly, and compliant. This onsite, full-time role (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm) pays $23-$25/hr and is perfect for a high-energy healthcare recruiter who likes a busy phone and a tidy pipeline. What you’ll handle Create, post, and manage ads across job boards and social media platforms Source by phone (yes, cold calling) and follow up consistently Screen and interview candidates; move them smoothly through the funnel Coordinate background checks and complete onboarding/data entry in the ATS Partner with the scheduling team to align hiring priorities What you bring Tech-savvy comfort with ATS tools, job boards, and social platforms Strong communication, relationship-building, and self-motivation Your Daily Flow As a Hiring Coordinator, you’ll kick off by checking your ATS dashboard and messages, then spend the morning connecting with applicants-fast, quick screens, upbeat calls, and steady follow-ups. Midday is for polishing postings, refreshing job board performance, and keeping your healthcare recruiter notes clean and current. In the afternoon, you’ll guide candidates through next steps, coordinate background-check timing, and make sure onboarding details are accurate so nothing slows down. You’ll wrap up by syncing with scheduling on what homecare needs most next, teeing up tomorrow’s outreach list so you can hit the ground running.
