As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the friendly voice setting appointments and building lasting relationships with our clients. What You’ll Own Lead Conversion: Turn inbound internet leads into confirmed showroom appointments Outbound Execution: Work unsold traffic, missed opportunities, and service-to-sales opportunities Multi-Channel Communication: Phone, text, and email with speed, professionalism, and persistence Appointment Quality: Not just setting—setting appointments that show and sell Follow-Up Discipline: Relentless, structured follow-up that drives results CRM Mastery: Accurate notes, pipeline tracking, and task management Requirements What We’re Looking For 1+ years experience as a BDC EQUIRED Strong phone presence with the ability to control conversations and overcome objections Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Self-motivated with a production mindset—not just activity-based work Comfortable with CRM tools (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred Compensation Hourly + Commission Structure On-Target Earnings: $3K - $5K per month (based on experience and performance) No cap for high performers Why Choose Kunes Auto Group?
