Auditor
Looking for a contractor that will review and "audit" expenses and creating purchase orders. We are building a Procurement capability here and will be implementing new processes and technologies. The processes, we are implementing are a bit manual until we get the technologies in place. This person will be supporting some of this manual work.
- Role will be 100% remote
- We are headquartered in Denver, CO
- Reviewing each expense report submitted and ensuring that expenses submitted are compliant with our Travel & Expense Policy
- They will be handling questions and escalating requests due to out of compliance rejections.
- They need to have an audit mindset (not be an auditor but be able to ask questions or dig into expenses) and be very detail oriented.
- They will be spending part of their time reviewing and auditing expense reports based on our policy.
- This person will also be responsible for managing our purchase request process and then creating purchase orders in our ERP.
- The purchase request process is very manual today and this person will be responsible for managing this process and ensuring approvals before taking the information and creating a purchase order in our ERP system.
