Compensation & Benefits Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience) + spiffs and performance incentives Health Insurance (70% company-paid for employee / 50% for family) Dental & Vision Insurance 10 Days Paid Vacation (after 30 days) Paid Holidays Sick Leave (accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours) Retirement plan with company contribution Company-provided phone, uniform, and vehicle (or allowance) Ongoing paid training and support for NATE certifications Schedule: Monday - Friday with an 8:00 AM start time. Work typically ends when service calls are completed (30-minute lunch). Occasional overtime may be required. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on all makes and models of residential heating and air conditioning equipment Deliver exceptional customer service on every job Work independently while collaborating with a supportive, team-focused group Continuously improve your technical knowledge and customer-facing skills Represent the company professionally and help build long-term customer relationships Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship Preferred Qualifications: HVAC trade school certificate NATE certification We offer year-round stable work, a supportive culture, and real opportunities for advancement in a company that believes in developing its technicians.
