Assistant Director (Overnight Camp)

Camp JORI is seeking an enthusiastic, community-driven Assistant Camp Director to help lead year‑round operations and create transformative experiences for campers, families, and staff. This is a full‑time position with on‑site housing available, and compensation is commensurate with experience (~$50,000 to ~$80,000, flexible). Camp JORI is a beloved Jewish overnight camp in Wakefield, Rhode Island ( About the Role The Assistant Director will assist the Camp Director in overseeing all aspects of camper experience, including camp programming, staffing, and operations. This individual will also be heavily involved community engagement. This is a unique opportunity to build on a strong foundation while shaping the future of a beloved camp through creativity, leadership, and care.
