Production Associate

We are seeking Production Associates to support a growing production and manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for moving materials throughout the facility, unbagging and unpackaging ingredients, and assisting production line operators to maximize efficiency and output.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Shift & Pay: Mon - Thurs ($1 pay increase after 3 months!)

• 1st Shift: 7AM - 5:30PM - $21/hr
• 2nd Shift: 5:30PM - 4AM - $23/hr

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position requiring team members who are dependable, safety-focused, and able to perform repetitive lifting throughout their shift. As production continues to expand, these employees will play an important role in supporting operational growth across both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Unbag and unpack materials for production use
• Support line operators to maintain production flow and efficiency
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with general production and labor duties as assigned
• Contribute to meeting daily production goals

Must Have Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to read and understand English
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience
• Experience working in a GMP environment
• Food & Beverage manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
