Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide holistic primary care to underserved patients in our faith-based clinic. Responsibilities include rooming patients, administering medications and immunizations, performing triage and patient education, supporting chronic disease management, and assisting providers with procedures and care coordination. The nurse will document in the EHR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support quality and safety initiatives.
