Location: Estero, FL
Role: Physical Therapist
Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour

Summary

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care in Estero, FL. In this role, you will work with patients who need support improving movement, managing discomfort, building strength, and regaining independence in their daily lives.

You will evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, guide therapy sessions, and help patients understand the steps they can take between visits to continue improving.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial evaluations and ongoing patient assessments
• Identify physical limitations affecting movement, strength, balance, or daily function
• Build treatment plans using patient goals, clinical findings, and progress measures
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility work, and functional training
• Educate patients on home care routines and safe activity modifications
• Measure patient improvement and revise treatment plans when appropriate
• Maintain organized and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other providers when needed to support patient care

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License required
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree required
• Outpatient experience required
• New graduates are welcome
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
