New York Labor Law / Construction Litigation Attorney - New York - $140k-$200k

Job duties:

Work hybrid remote. We have offices in Uniondale, Garden City, Manhattan, Westchester County, Florham Park, and Jersey City.

The Attorney will join a thriving team and manage their own cases day to day with collaboration and availability from Team Leaders. The Attorney will report to clients and carriers, appear in Court for conferences and motions, comply with discovery, take and defend depositions, coordinate medical examinations and prepare and file motions.
