You Are An innovative Cloud Architect passionate about resolving some of the most complex challenges in enterprise AI transformation—designing effective multi‑agent systems, creating composable architectures that integrate AI with traditional distributed systems, and redefining conventional industries. The Work In this role, you'll have the opportunity to significantly influence how industries operate by utilizing AI technology, domain expertise, and entrepreneurial insights to fundamentally redesign core business processes in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, procurement, retail, and logistics. Collaborating with clients, you will develop superior products and experiences at an enterprise level. Utilizing agentic architectures, multi‑agent orchestration patterns, and composable AI systems alongside established distributed patterns (Event Sourcing, Event‑Driven Architecture, Microservices, Domain‑Driven Design, CQRS) and technologies (Claude API, Neo4j, Qdrant, PostgreSQL, event streaming platforms, vector databases, cloud platforms) to create AI‑native solutions for enterprise needs. Engaging in what we term AI Transformation Decoupling: designing and constructing cutting‑edge agentic systems that wrap legacy cores, establish real‑time feedback loops, introduce new AI‑native functionalities, and systematically transition existing frameworks into composable event‑driven architectures that enable human‑AI collaborations at scale. Before any changes, employing AI agents to thoroughly analyze existing systems—mapping dependencies, scrutinizing git history, uncovering hidden couplings, and identifying knowledge concentration—transforming what typically takes months of manual scrutiny into days of valuable insights. This ensures that transformations are data‑driven rather than assumptive and that changes do not disrupt production due to prior constraint recognition. Our team takes pride in being hands‑on, deeply technical, and esteemed thought leaders in AI transformation. Travel may be an aspect of this role, varying from 0% to 100% based on business needs and client requirements. Here’s what you need At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in creating innovative applications or contributing to significant open‑source projects. A minimum of 2 years of experience conveying complex AI concepts to non‑technical audiences. At least 2 years of experience designing software systems incorporating AI components, understanding appropriate usage, designing around limitations, and implementing fallback mechanisms. A minimum of 4 years of experience working within agile teams. At least 2 years of understanding AI system observability and debugging. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience; if holding an Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years work experience is required). Bonus Points if you Have Experience utilizing LLM APIs (Claude, GPT‑4, etc.) and knowledge of prompt engineering patterns. Experience in designing multi‑agent systems with defined roles (planning, executing, evaluating, coordinating). Experience in designing and creating MCP Server and Client with standard connection, tools, and data exposure. Proficiency in agentic frameworks. Experience in analyzing and transforming existing systems by understanding legacy architectures. Hands‑on knowledge of vector databases and RAG architectures. Understanding of graph databases for semantic relationships. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly in configuring components for AI‑native architectures. Familiarity with event‑driven architectures and streaming technologies for real‑time AI feedback loops. Experience in microservices architecture and composable system design. Hands‑on experience with containerization and orchestration software. Understanding of observability and monitoring techniques for AI systems. Experience in production AI operations including LLMOps and model lifecycle management. Familiarity with real‑time communication protocols for enhancing human‑AI interactions. Experience with distributed transactional data stores and their consistency models. Exposure to functional programming practices relevant to AI systems. Knowledge of information retrieval, semantic search, or embedding‑based similarity. Prior experience in traditional ML/data science is beneficial but not mandatory.
