Accounting Supervisor

We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking an Accounting Supervisor to join its team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional ready to take on a hands-on leadership role while remaining involved in day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support members of the accounting team
• Oversee month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure transactions are recorded appropriately
• Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit requests
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior supervisory, team lead, or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
