Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Process and support bi-weekly payroll activities and related reporting
• Coordinate employee benefits administration, enrollments, and leave management
• Support recruiting efforts for both operational and professional-level positions
• Assist with employee relations matters and policy administration
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
• Partner with leadership on onboarding, employee engagement, and HR best practices
• Support workers’ compensation and leave-of-absence processes
• Assist with audits, reporting, and additional HR/administrative projects as needed

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity
• Experience supporting payroll processing and HR administration
• Knowledge of leave management, employee relations, and benefits administration
• Prior experience within manufacturing, distribution, construction, or related environments preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Professional, team-oriented, and employee-focused communication style
