JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, providing therapeutic interventions that help patients improve mobility, strength, functional independence, and overall quality of life. This contract opportunity is ideal for rehabilitation professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Pay Rate: $39.00 - $45.50 per hour
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
Current state licensure in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred
Current BLS certification preferred
State or federal ID required
Photo badge must be worn at all times
35 guaranteed hours per week
Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist patients in improving mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional independence
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and report responses to treatment to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities, safety practices, and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
Contract assignment offering schedule stability and professional growth opportunities
