Customer Service Associate

Overview The Customer Relations Representative I serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while ensuring a positive customer experience. Location: Danville, IL Shift: Monday- Friday Pay: $20-$24 Responsibilities Respond to incoming sales and service inquiries through phone, email, chat, customer portals, and other communication channels. Provide accurate, timely information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. Deliver professional, customer focused service while building positive relationships. Take ownership of customer requests from initial contact through resolution. Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem solving. Guide customers through troubleshooting using available resources and support tools. Accurately document all customer interactions, requests, and resolutions. Process sales and service requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Assist with onboarding and training new team members as needed. Complete administrative tasks and other duties assigned by management. Maintain quality standards while meeting performance and service expectations. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree with no related experience, an Associate degree with 2 to 3 years of related experience, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
