Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Real Estate Broker's License and 2-4 years' business experience or in lieu of a degree, 3-6 years' business experience.

2+ years of real estate transactional experience involving knowledge of legal descriptions and standard real estate practice and documentation.

Proven negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to organize complex projects, meet critical deadlines and assume primary responsibility for completion of assignments.

Strong presentation ability and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Proficient in Excel and MS Office Applications, including MS Access, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project.

Customer focused, professional and self-starting.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in Telecommunications Infrastructure.

Familiarity with Pole Attachment Agreements and/or Joint Use Agreements.

Understanding of the Make-Ready Pole Attachment Process.

Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
