As a Senior Residence Manager, you’ll oversee multiple homes and mentor the managers who run them, ensuring each residence is a place where adults with autism can live with dignity, safety, and meaningful choice. Pay Range: $67,690.00.00 - $72,890.00.00 Annually; Based of years of experience
This position travels to multiple locations within the agency RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Senior Manager of Adult Residential Services monitors all areas of service in assigned IRA
- With the support of the Senior Manager of Adult Residential Services the Assistant Residence Manager facilitates the coordination of services as the team leader.
- The Senior Manager of Adult Residential Services supervises and directly monitors the performance of the Assistant Residence Managers.
- The Senior Manager of Adult Residential Services ensures proper and efficient record keeping and documentation.
- The Senior Manager supervises and ensures consistent application and integrity of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework across their IRA caseload
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with sufficient knowledge and experience to satisfactorily perform the responsibilities of the position.
- Must maintain qualifications in First Aid, CPR, SCIP-R, PRAISE, Bloodborne Pathogens, Corporate Compliance and Ethics, Emergency Procedures, HIPAA/HITECH, FERPA and You, Prevention of Choking and Aspiration, and Fire Safety.
- Must maintain qualifications in the crisis intervention procedure of the agency.
- Must be capable at all times of initiating or assisting in all components of the crisis intervention procedure of the agency.
