Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Coordinate care for neuro and cardiac patients in a comprehensive stroke center environment. Provide inpatient case management and care coordination services. Manage discharge planning and needs assessment for durable medical equipment ordering. Utilize the Epic charting system for accurate documentation and care planning. Float between campuses if census is low, providing coverage across multiple sites. Work a minimum of 2 weekend days per month as required. Qualifications Current RN license with minimum of 1 year experience in inpatient/acute care and case management. BLS certification required. Experience with Epic charting system preferred. First-time traveler applications accepted. Ability to float to other campuses as needed. Experience in neuro and cardiac care coordination is a plus.
