Salary: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on experience & licensing)

Location: Chattanooga, TN (Must have a valid driver’s license)

What You Will Do:

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and turf treatments to residential and commercial lawns.
• Drive a company service vehicle safely across the greater Chattanooga area.
• Educate customers on lawn health, watering tips, and services.
• NO mowing or landscaping

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or route-based services is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!
• ability to carry 40 lbs bags
• ability to ride ride on machines
• 1-3 years experience desirable, but not a deal breaker
• Licensed individuals with a CO3 or CO7 TN or GA  Pesticide license - sign in bones- $500 ( half at start and half at 60 days)
