Health & Benefits Sales Executive
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Health & Benefits Sales Executive to drive new business growth by delivering strategic employee benefits and health consulting solutions to mid-market employers.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and consultative sales.
- Engage senior executives to identify business challenges and present tailored health and benefits solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that demonstrate value and address client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven success achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Experience selling employee benefits solutions to organizations with 1,0005,000 employees.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, health and welfare consulting, or related products and services.
- Established network with the ability to access and influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Life and Health License preferred.
