As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, answering phones and maintaining a clean and organized workspace and sales floor. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Dependent on Experience

Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.

· Assist customers with their purchases and inquiries.

· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

· Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers.

· Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Skills:

· Previous experience in sales, preferably in a counter sales role.

· Knowledge of the construction industry and construction products.

· Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales orders.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to answer phones and multi-task.

· Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

· Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.

· Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and calculations.

· Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
