Pediatric Physical Therapist

Job Summary (Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist Lakewood, WA) Full-time position (option for 4 or 5 days/week) Pay range: $80,000 - $94,000 annually (based on experience) Evening shifts required 2 days/week (until 7pm, later start those days) Position located in Lakewood, WA Work in a stable, collaborative, and family-oriented environment Treat pediatric patients in an outpatient setting Collaborate with a team on evaluations and treatment plans Utilize EMR or IEP online documentation systems Reasonable caseload with time allocated for paperwork New graduates interested in pediatrics are welcome to apply Must have (or be eligible for) WA state PT license Required education: Master's, DPT, or accredited bachelor's in Physical Therapy Benefits Sign-on or relocation bonus and/or tuition reimbursement Full medical, dental, and vision benefits (with paid premiums) 401k with 3% match Performance-based bonuses Continuing education allowance Generous paid time off Employee assistance and mental health support Additional perks to be discussed during interview Desired Skills/Experience Experience/fieldwork in pediatrics or school-based therapy preferred Experience working with children in a therapeutic setting Ability to communicate and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with EMR or IEP documentation systems Employer A.S.K.
