CDL Class A Company Driver – OTR Dry Van
Red Trucking is actively hiring professional CDL Class A drivers for OTR dry van positions. Our drivers run stable, high-volume freight with consistent miles and dependable weekly pay. Approximately 80% of our freight consists of drop-and-hook USPS loads operating under government-contracted freight lanes, helping provide reliable year-round work and minimal downtime.
We focus on keeping drivers moving with steady freight throughout the Midwest, South, and Southeast regions while offering modern equipment, paid orientation, performance bonuses, and a driver-first environment designed for long-term success.

- Approximately 80% Drop & Hook Freight
- Majority No-Touch Freight

- Stable Miles Week After Week

Pay & Bonus Structure
- Starting Pay: $0.72 CPM + Bonuses
- All Practical Miles Paid (Loaded & Empty)
- Weekly Direct Deposit

- Stay Out 4 Weeks: +0.01 CPM
- Stay Out 5 Weeks: $250 Bonus
- Stay Out 6 Weeks: $500 Bonus

Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A License
- Minimum 1 Year of Verifiable CDL Experience
- Clean Driving Record

- Ability to Stay Out 3–4 Weeks for OTR Routes
