Proven steelmaking leader with 10+ years of melting and casting experience in an EAF environment
Demonstrated success leading large 24/7 operations with responsibility for safety, production, quality, cost, and workforce development
Strong background in operational transformation, reliability, and continuous improvement
Ability to build accountability, develop leaders, and drive performance improvements across a complex operation
