Common Diagnosis/Treatment: All # of Beds: 33 Nurse Patient Ratio: 5:1 in general Charting: Medhost, Meditech Scrub Color: no color preference Areas of Float Support: no Special Procedures: Moderate sedation, restraints.

Cerner experience
MA license is required upon submittal - can screen over if license is pending
