Front of House Shift Manager

Job Overview The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team. You will be responsible for leading the shift operation while focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, and establishing systems. Responsibilities Learn and work daily in your area of the restaurant Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department Help establish and achieve all labor goals Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in the department Qualifications Previous Chick-fil-A experience is a plus** Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in restaurant management.
