We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Enfield. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is excited to grow within one of the most highly esteemed restaurant brands in the nation. This role is intentionally flexible and may be filled at either a Shift Leader or Assistant Director level, depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to take ownership in the kitchen, develop others, and make a direct impact on both the team and overall restaurant performance while working alongside an experienced Owner/Operator.
Your Impact
- Lead the kitchen during evening shifts to ensure strong execution, food quality, and team effectiveness
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized back-of-house environment
- Support speed and accuracy in food preparation while upholding Chick-fil-A standards
- Coach, encourage, and develop team members working in the kitchen
- Help create a positive team culture built on accountability, care, and high standards
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
- Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
Background Profile
- 1 year of Leadership experience
- Kitchen, restaurant, or food service experience preferred
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced evening environment
