Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and customize therapy strategies to help them achieve their daily living goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to support improvements in patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with a Team of Experts: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, person-centered care
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers on therapy methods to promote continued progress at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Care: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track toward their goals

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing learning and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Possession of a valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
