Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team; foster a positive work environment, set clear goals, and provide ongoing feedback. Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets. Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance. Implement local marketing initiatives and build relationships with the community to enhance brand presence and attract customers. Stay current with industry trends, identify improvement opportunities, and implement innovative solutions. Additional duties and projects as required. Qualifications Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Analytical skills: ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data‑driven decisions. Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Tech‑savvy: proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications. Minimum Requirements Assistant Store Manager: Open availability to open/close the store, minimum 5 days a week, average 44 hours per week but increased during peak sales periods. Supervisor: Availability to open/close the store, at least 5 days a week, minimum 30‑hour work week. All roles: Availability on weekends and holidays; punctuality and regular attendance consistent with company policies; reliable transportation; English speaking, reading, writing, and business mathematics; ability to lift 5–25 lbs, stand up to 14 hours, stoop, kneel, climb ladders; moderate retail noise environment. Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent; 2+ years of retail leadership experience strongly preferred. Compensation Assistant Manager: $18.38–$21.50 per hour with bonus opportunities if KPIs are met. Supervisor: $17.00 per hour. All roles eligible for 401(k); full‑time roles eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company‑paid time off. Physical Demands Requires prolonged standing up to 14 hours per day; stooping, kneeling, lifting 5–25 lbs; exposure to moderate retail noise.
